Wrong size? We will swap it. You have 7 days from delivery to request a size exchange.

Conditions

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached.
  • Request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange depends on the new size being in stock.

How to exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.
  2. We share the return address and next steps.
  3. Once we receive the item, we dispatch the new size.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
