All measurements are in inches and taken on the garment. For tops, chest is measured flat from armpit to armpit. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.
How to measure
Lay one of your own well-fitting shirts flat on a table.
Measure straight across the chest, one inch below the armpits. That is your chest width.
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. That is your length.
Match both numbers to the charts below.
